The Two Heads' beer selection is a continually evolving beast. We are currently working on creating and perfecting what we hope will become our staple brews, while constantly researching and experimenting in the lab. What is listed here will not necessarily be here tomorrow, though we attempt to maintain some form of consistency for purposes of keeping sane. Please also note: labels have only been made for three of our brews, and the designs are not necessarily permanent. Let us know what you think.
This Is America Pale Ale
Our flagship brew, This Is America Pale Ale is an American Pale Ale designed to bring out the America in all of us. A gulp of TIAPA is reminiscent of liberty, freedom, justice, and all of the chaotic genius flowing throughout the great nation that is our home. Have a beer, enjoy, and relax, because this is America.
Funky George (Baltic) Porter
Dark, roasty, toasty, and warm, our Funky George (Baltic) Porter is influenced by the downright nasty grooves of George Porter, Jr., longtime bassist of the New Orleans funk heroes The Meters. Sit back and relax with this wonderful Baltic Porter. Especially delicious paired with a hot Steak on a cold winter night.
P-Town Brown Ale
Like the city it was born in, this brew is bold, rude, and complex. Deep brown and a bit drier than the usual brown, the unique characteristics of our P-Town Brown Ale make it stand out from the pack, just like the Nuthouse of a city in which it is brewed.
